Well, you know! She is Fairouz, and They are Rahbani Brothers :D.. They chose the best simpler coolest lyrics ever.
about this song, It's the first one which music arranged by ziad Rahbani, he was only 16 years old, aint he a Genuis!!! wow!
"Sa'aloony alnas" describes how people follow the lovers around and how some people burn out to know what is happening between any couple.. When they saw her alone for the 1st time, they asked her "Where is He?!!!". At night, she dreamt of him, like he came along distances to see her.

انا سمعت انه هاي الاغنيه بلزات لحنها " زوزو " لامه لما كان ابوه عاصي بلمستشفى ... و بقولوا انه فيروز بكت بلمسراحيه و هيا بتغني هاي الاغنيه لجوزها علصي الي كان بلمستشفى يوميتها.
